Welcome to the SAPSKI Foundation website (the "Site"), located at http://sapski.org (the "Foundation," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including all content, features, and services provided through the Site (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to these Terms and any additional terms or policies referenced herein or posted on the Site. The Site provides information about the SAPSKI Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting under-resourced high school student-athletes by funding recruitment costs through programs such as the PRIME Recruitment Grants. Services may include:
The Site is built using ASP Classic technology and operates over HTTP. We make no representations regarding the security of data transmitted via HTTP, and you use the Site at your own risk.

The "SAPSKI Foundation" name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of the Foundation. You may not use these marks without our permission.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site for any violation of these Terms.
If you submit information through forms on the Site (e.g., grant applications, volunteer sign-ups, contact inquiries, or donations), you grant the Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such submissions for purposes related to our mission, including processing applications, fundraising, and program administration. You represent that your submissions are accurate, do not violate third-party rights, and comply with applicable laws.
For grant applications, eligibility criteria must be met, and funds are provided solely for approved recruitment expenses. Decisions are final and at our discretion.
Donations made through the Site support our programs and may be processed by third-party payment providers. By donating, you agree to the terms of the payment provider. Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law (consult your tax advisor). The Foundation is not responsible for any errors in processing or unauthorized charges. We do not store payment information on our servers.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party sites. Your use of them is at your own risk.
The Site and Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted access.
